Update: One Dead, One Injured In Oklahoma Refinery Explosion

One person is dead and another is injured after a refinery explosion.

It happened in Wynnewood in Garvin County.

Sheriff deputies say they think a boiler is to blame.

Crews are still working the scene, but the roadway in front of the facility is back open.

According to the Associated Press, Billy Smith, 34, was killed in the explosion. The explosion had been caused by a boiler than had been offline for planned maintenance to the refinery earlier this week.

The AP reports that Russell Mann was injured during the explosion, though his condition has not be released by authorities.
