One person is dead after a two-vehicle collision Sunday afternoon four miles south of Stillwater.
The vehicles involved were a 2007 Dodge Pickup driven by Matthew Loveless, 25 and a 2010 Toyota Scion driven by Lisa Breshears, 54.
The Oklahoma Highway Patrol reports the pickup and Scion were heading southbound on U.S. Highway 177 when the Scion was attempting to turn left onto a private drive.
OHP reports the pickup did not observe the Scion's intention to turn left and rammed into the rear of the Scion.
The driver of the Scion, Breshears, was transported to Stillwater Medical Center and released.
There were two passengers in the Scion. Larkin Gray, 19, of Ripley, was pronounced dead on scene from trunk internal injuries. The other passenger, Ben Breshears, 26, was treated and released.
Passengers of the Scion were pinned for 30 minutes before being freed by the Stillwater Fire Department.
The driver of the pickup was not injured.
