One Injured in Shooting at East Tulsa Gas Station

A man was seriously injured Monday evening after a shooting at an east Tulsa Shamrock gas station.

Detectives are continuing their investigation after the victim, the clerk at the store, was found shot near 21st and Garnett. He was discovered on the floor and his condition was described as "serious."

Police told KTUL that customers arrived inside the store and called 911 for assistance. Witnesses in the area are being questioned this week.

No description was provided at this time for the suspect. But the store did have surveillance cameras that are being reviewed for possible footage.

It is unknown at this time whether the shooting was the result of a robbery. More information is expected to be released this week.
