The Leatherneck lead would grow to 36-29 before the Golden Eagles ripped off a 20-to-5 run to lead 49-41 on Dominique Morrison's jumper at the eight minute mark. But, ORU scored just two points and shot 0-for-4 from the field over the game's final 7:21.Morrison finished with 23 points to lead the Golden Eagles. Warren Niles added 11. Parks led Western Illinois with 14 points. The loss likely means ORU is NIT bound despite a 27-and-7 record. Meanwhile, Western Illinois is still alive and will play Tuesday night against the winner of the other semifinal game between tournament host South Dakota State and Southern Utah.
