OT Win Snaps Skid For Tulsa

TULSA, Okla. -- Steven Idlet led the Golden Hurricane with 15 points but his final two were the most critical.

Tied at 73 in the final minute of overtime, Idlet scores a pair of free throws to give TU the lead for good as part of an 80-75 victory over UT-Arlington.

The win snaps a four game skid for the Tulsa.

It looked bleak late in regulation with Tulsa trailing by 2. But UTA was unable to inbound the ball and turned it over on a 5 second violation.

On the following possession, Eric McClellan takes it in himself for a layup just before time expired to tie the game at 69.

In the end, five Tulsa players scored in double figures.
