Some Green Country residents may still be waiting for Christmas gifts this week.
Officials with UPS stated that packages around the nation still remain undelivered. Many of them that were suppose to be on door steps days before Christmas.
According to a report from the Associated Press, UPS has extra people working to make sure the late packages are delivered Thursday or Friday.
"UPS and FedEx blame the late arrivals on poor weather in some parts of the country."
Representatives for the companies also blame an increase in online shopping and last-minute orders for the delays.
Amazon.com says it will refund some of its customers and give them a $20 credit toward a future purchase.
