Police Arrest Suspect After Walgreens Robbery
Police have arrested a man suspected of robbing a midtown Walgreens Tuesday morning.
Investigators were sent to the Walgreens on 15th and Lewis after receiving word that a man had left the pharmacy with prescription pills.
After further investigation the employee told officers that the unidentified suspect came into the store and demanded the drugs. It is unknown at this time whether the suspect was actually armed.
Tulsa Police told KTUL that the suspect is believed to be involved in a separate robbery at another Walgreens last month. They have yet to release his name.
No injuries were reported at this morning's robbery. More information is expected this afternoon.
