Authorities have identified a 40-year-old man found dead outside a west Tulsa home early Monday morning.Tulsa Police are now looking for details and suspects after they responded to the 1200 block of W. 7th Street where they found a man, later identified as Donald Treat, shot outside a house.Investigators told KTUL that people reported they had heard gunshots in the area. But now police believe Treat had actually walked to that location, after being shot.It is believed that Treat was actually shot about two blocks south on Phoenix Avenue. A records search indicates that Treat was a convicted felon on charges of possession of marijuana and driving with a suspended license.Police have detained several witnesses for questioning and at least one woman was in handcuffs. It was not confirmed how many times Treat was shot or where.
