Today in Tulsa, there's an opportunity for parents to learn ways to protect their kids from cyberbullying.
Author and doctor, Justin Patchin, will be at Cascia Hall Performing Arts Center for a presentation at 1 p.m. The presentation will provide parents and community partners the knowledge they need to understand the issues of cyberbullying, sexting and social networking when it comes to their kids.
Patchin has studied adolescence and his book, Words Wound, explores the ways teens can combat cyberbullying.
The event is open to the public at no charge.
