R Bar & Grill Wings

The Wings:

1lbs. whole/bone in chicken wings

4 C unbleached all-purpose flour

4 C buttermilk

2 C canola/salad oil

2 T unsalted butter

kosher salt/black pepper to taste

The Sauce:

3 C Frank's Red Hot

4 T basting liquid/canola oil and butter

1 t poached/blended garlic

Celery for garnish and bleu cheese dressing for dipping.
