Roof Blown Off OSU Center for Health Sciences

OSU Center for Health Sciences damaged

High winds ripped the roof off of a building on OSU Center for Health Sciences campus early Wednesday morning.

The Forensic Sciences and Biomedical Research center sustained roof damage from 80mph winds, and the Phoenix Building, Clinical Financial Services and Health Center were also damaged around midnight, according to OSU officials.

According to Communications Manager Sean Kennedy, it could be months before repairs are complete.

Officials are currently assessing damage and working to coordinate cleanup.

There were no injuries reported.

The impacted buildings and the campus are closed Wednesday.
