Sand Springs Pursuit Ends in Arrest
Sand Springs —
A pursuit in Sand Springs that lasted around 25 minutes ended in an arrest early Tuesday morning.
Police say an officer tried to pull the suspect over for a traffic violation at 38th and Highway 97, but say the driver didn't stop.
The chase reached top speeds of around 60 to 70 miles per hour and ended at a residence in Kellyville.
Police say they arrested a man in his mid thirties for eluding police, traffic violations and suspicion of drunk driving.
The man also had a warrant out of Garfield County for DUI.
His name has not been released.
