Creek County authorities have arrested a woman accused of stabbing her husband over the weekend.
Creek County Sheriff's Office placed Elaine Pullen under arrest and booked her on one count of assault a deadly weapon. She was arrested where the stabbing reportedly took place on West Mockingbird Lane.
According to officials at the scene this weekend, Sapulpa Police were called to the residence after Billy Pullen reportedly called 911 stating his wife had stabbed him. When officers arrived they found Pullen with multiple stab wounds to his head, neck and arms.
"Due to his wounds, the victim lost a substantial amount of blood," court documents stated. "He was weak, disoriented and was having difficulty breathing."
Emergency crews transported Billy to an area hospital. Officers continued their investigation at the residence where Elaine reportedly told them that she has been suffering from depression.
Elaine added that Billy hadn't "threatened her, had not abused her and that they had not argued before hand," according to court documents. She reportedly told officers she "loved her husband" and didn't know why she stabbed him.
She was transported to the Creek County Jail.
