A minor wreck between a school bus and a car Tuesday morning caused heavy traffic on I-244 during the morning commute.
Officials with the Oklahoma Highway Patrol told KTUL that the incident took place around 8 a.m. This was in the northbound lane over the Arkansas River.
According to a release, the small vehicle rear-ended the bus after it was unable to stop. Early morning traffic congestion is to blame for the collision.
At least 23 students were on the bus during the collision. But all were uninjured.
"The only damage to the bus was a bent tailpipe," the release described.
Tulsa School officials notified parents after the wreck.
