It's American Idol, but for more mature audiences.
At the Broadmoor Retirement Community Thursday, a talent show for residents from five homes in Tulsa and Bristow.
The acts included folks playing fiddle, harmonica and piano.. poetry readings.
And get this, there were even a few stand-up comics in the bunch!
Heather Berryhill works for Broadmoor. She says, "We just love to watch our residents get up in front of a group and blossom. They're still a very vital part of our community. And it's fun to watch them actually take part in this talent show.
This is the second year for Broadmoor's talent show.
And organizers say, it is bigger and better than the last.
