Shooting Victim Shows Up Asking For Help At North Tulsa Home
Tulsa Police have little information after a odd call on the city's north side.
Officers responded to a shooting near 200 E. 29th St. N. but once they got to the home, they realized there was no shooting scene.
A man had shown up saying that he'd been shot and needed help. Officers think he was aquatinted with the folks who live there. Police were told he pulled his car into the driveway and got out as if there was no hurry.
He'd already been carried to the hospital when officers arrived.
"It's kind of a weird deal, " said one officer who spoke to KTUL.com staff. "He said 'I got shot, so I came here for help'."
Investigators said his injuries were not life threatening.
