Shots were fired after an attempted armed robbery Sunday morning at Taco Bueno located at 46th and Peoria.
Tulsa police said the suspect approached two Taco Bueno employees as they were going to work at approximately 5:40 a.m. Sunday and demanded their money at gunpoint. Police said the suspect was waiting at a construction site across the street for the employees to arrive to work.
The two victims, a male and female, told the suspect they had no money, and then police say there was a struggle over the gun and shots were fired.
One bullet went through the rear tire of one of the victim's cars. No one was injured, but the suspect escaped.
Police described him as a slender black male about 6'0" tall with dark clothing. His weapon was a black pistol.
