Shots Fired Into Tulsa Home, Residents Unharmed

Residents of a north Tulsa home wake up to the sound of bullets hitting their home early Tuesday.

Around 2:45, police say the got a call from the people who live inside a house near 5900 N. Garrison. Once officers arrived, the two women inside realized the rounds were fired at their house. Police found at least 3 holes in the home's front wall.

The women told officers they just moved into the home and that they have no known enemies. Detectives believe whoever shot at the house targeted the wrong home, or was hoping to send a message to the previous occupants.

A police corporal on scene told the case could be solved quickly with citizen tips. Call the Crimestoppers line at 918-596-COPS if you saw anything or know who the suspects might be.
