Six-Year-Old Boy Raises $30,000 For Sick Friend

Six-year-old Dylan Siegel wrote a book called "Chocolate Bar" for his best friend Jonah, who has a rare liver disease.

So far Dylan has raised $30,000 to help find a cure for Glycogen Storage Disease Type 1B. Jonah's liver can't process glycogen sugar so that means he has to take corn starch through a feeding tube every two to three hours to give his body energy.

Late last fall, Dylan told his parents he wanted to write and illustrate a book to sell for the cause. And he did just that.

The book describes things they like by saying they are "so chocolate bar."

Dylan is hoping to raise $1,000,000. To donate go to
