The Oklahoma City had no answer for the San Antonio Spurs interior offense with Serge Ibaka out for game one of the Western Conference Finals. The Spurs roll over the Thunder 122-105 to take a 1-0 series lead.Tim Duncan led the way for San Antonio with 27 points, 18 of those were scored inside. The Spurs as a team scored 66 points in the paint and shot 58 percent from the field.Manu Ginobili added 18 points and Kawhi Leonard and Danny Green had 16 points each. Tony Parker did not appear limited by a hamstring injury, scoring 14 points and having 12 assists.
Kevin Durant paced the Thunder with 28 points and Russell Westbrook had 25. Derek Fisher and Reggie Jackson produced off the bench. Fish was 4-6 from behind the three point line for 16 points. Jackson added 13. But the Thunder need more production from their other three starters, Nick Collison, Thabo Sefolosha and Kendrick Perkins combined to score five points.
Game two of the Western Conference Finals stays in San Antonio. That game will. be Wednesday at 8:00pm from the AT&T Center.
