OSU Athlete Tells Stillwater Police He Was Kidnapped, Stabbed by Man

Stillwater police were notified Monday evening that an Oklahoma State University football had been kidnapped and stabbed.

Initial reports state that the incident took place a few blocks southwest of OSU. The unidentified football player told officers that he had been kidnapped, taken to a different area and stabbed.

Officials with the Stillwater Police Department told KTUL that the 21-year-old was stabbed in the lower right abdomen. He also had a knife wound to his right forearm.

The student reportedly stated that he was unloaded in the southwest part of Stillwater and was able find a nearby friend to call authorities. The only description of the suspect was a white male in a green truck.
