A 22-year-old man was arrested Thursday night for allegedly driving under the influence of marijuana with a child in the vehicle.
The incident occurred at about 10:45 p.m. near Mingo and Admiral in Tulsa.
The Oklahoma Highway Patrol trooper reported a tag light violation on Michael Britton's vehicle and pulled him over.
Upon pulling the suspect over, the trooper reported an "extreme" smell of marijuana coming from the vehicle and the man's clothes.
The trooper recovered a marijuana blunt from the ashtray.
The suspect's son was in the vehicle and was not in a booster seat. Britton was booked on complaints of child endangerment DUI, no child restraint and carrying a firearm under the influence.
