Early Tuesday morning, Wagoner County Sheriff Bob Colbert says deputies were dispatched to the 21500 block of East 33rd Street on a car burglary complaint.
With the assistance of Broken Arrow Police, deputies were able to take 27-year-old Matthew Risner and a 17-year-old juvenile into custody based on stolen property recovered by both individuals. Also, an eye witness identified both men as the suspects who he chased from his vehicle down the street.
The eye witness says they reportedly stole a glass container of change from his vehicle and dropped the glass jar during the chase.
Risner and the juvenile are being held on two counts of 2nd degree burglary from a vehicle. A bond has not been set.
Investigators say a third suspect is still at large.
