Tulsa police are looking for suspects following an armed robbery at Walgreens at 1:40 p.m. Sunday afternoon.
Police say two black male suspects entered the Walgreens at 51st and Lewis, one of which reportedly had a semi-automatic gun. The suspects demanded pills from the pharmacy, and after receiving the pills, left the store on foot, police say.
Police think there may have been an additional suspect on the lookout outside the store.
Officer Fadem with the Tulsa Police Department said the TPD was able to set up a perimeter in the surrounding area shortly after the report of the robbery. Police were unable to locate the suspects, but did not find pill bottles they believe to be connected to the robbery.
The bottles were found in the street at 6500 South Lewis.
The suspects were both about 6'0" and one was average build while the other was a slender build. The ages of the two suspects were estimated to be 19 and 25.
The TPD is in the process of getting some surveillance video from Walgreens.
