Thousands gathered in Broken Arrow to celebrate Independence Day early.
Rockets over Rhema is an annual celebration with food trucks, activities, music and, of course, fireworks.
Rhema Bible Church puts on the event every year.
We found organizers setting up before the show, and people were already finding a spot and enjoying the festivities.
Steven and Deanne Farringer first came to the show back when they were first dating and have decided to keep coming back ever since. "It's a very uplifting venue where there's a lot of things for the kids to do and the typical fair food, good music, good fellowship," Steven says. "Everything about it is a lot of fun, we really enjoy it. And, of course, a great fireworks show at the end - that's one of the things we are here for."
Last year, about 55,000 people showed up, so traffic gets snarled around the area.
