Three Arrested after Money, Marijuana, Rifle Found in Home

On Tuesday, detectives with the Broken Arrow Police Department, DEA drug task force officers and Tulsa Police officers served a search warrant for a Tulsa home.

Upon entering and searching the home, officers arrested two brothers and an additional adult after $36,000, marijuana and an assault rifle were found inside.

The police reports says that 137 grams of marijuana were found in the bedroom of Jake Circle, 20. He is being held on $6,000 bond.

In the bedroom of his brother Ryan Circle, 23, officers reportedly found 1033.5 grams of marijuana, a CMMG AR-15 assault rifle and ammunition, along with $36,000. He is being held on $21,000 bond.

Another resident of the home, Timothy Royce, was arrested on complaints of possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia and is being held on $500 bond.
