Three earthquakes ranging from 2.7 to 3.1 in magnitude were reported in the Guthrie and Stillwater vicinity Sunday evening.
The first was reported by the United States Geological Survey at 6:34 p.m. 11 miles west of Stillwater and 18 miles northeast of Guthrie. Its magnitude was 2.7 and the quake had a depth of nearly two miles.
At 8:37 p.m., another earthquake was reported one mile southeast of Stillwater and 26 miles northeast of Guthrie. It had a magnitude of 3.0.
The largest quake of the bunch, a magnitude 3.1, came at approximately 11:16 p.m. Its epicenter was 16 miles north of Guthrie and it also had a depth of nearly two miles.
