      Time For Tulsa Kids: Blueberry Crisp Recipe

      Blueberries are plentiful right now and lots of people take their kids blueberry picking.

      Here's an easy recipe to make with all those blueberries:

      Blueberry Crisp

      1 quart (about 4 cups) fresh blueberries

      1/4 cup sugar

      1/4 cups light brown sugar

      1 TBL corn starch

      1 tsp. lemon juice

      Stir together sugars, corn starch and lemon juice then toss with berries until coated. Spoon into greased 8-inch square pan

      Topping:

      1 cup all purpose flour

      3/4 cup oats

      3/4 cup light brown sugar

      1/2 cup butter, melted

      Combine flour, oats and brown sugar. Stir in butter until mixtrue is crumbly. Spoon streusel mixture over berries. Bake at 350 40 minutes or until bubbling and brown on top.
