Tootie Fruitie Tabouleh

1 1/2 cups apple juice

1 cup cracked wheat

1/4 cup pineapple, chopped

1/4 cup blueberries

1/4 cup cranberries or maraschino cherries

2 limes zested

1 tsp. Fresh mint, chopped

  • Soak wheat in apple juice until softened .Combine with remaining ingredients.
