Tulsa Police have released the names of three officers involved in shooting Tuesday morning.
Around 3 a.m., police responded to a stabbing call on the 300 block of North 25th West Avenue.
They say Mark Kelly came out of the home with a knife. He'd stabbed himself during an argument with relatives inside.
Kelly reportedly repeatedly refused all commands from officers and became aggressive towards them.
Three officers then fired at him. He was shot multiple times and did not survive.
They are identified as Officer Amy Jensen, Officer Mitchell Franklin, and Officer Rashena Smith.
All three are on paid leave.
