Troopers Stopping Drivers Not Wearing Seat Belts
If you're on the road Friday, you better buckle up.
The Oklahoma Highway Patrol will spend the day cracking down on drivers not using seat belts and child restraint seats.
Troopers in six other states are also taking part in the "Get Your 'Clicks' on Route 66" safety campaign.
Oklahoma law requires drivers and front seat passengers to wear seat belts and any child under six must be in a safety seat while those over six must also wear seat belts.
