Tulsa County inmate Jacob England, 20, adds assault to his list of charges.
Tulsa County Sheriffs Deputies say England assaulted an officer while the officer was leading him back to his cell from recreation time.
According to an arrest report, it happened Thursday, November 1st, about 10:30 p.m. at the David L. Moss Correctional Facility.
The officer said England violently pulled away from him, elbowed him and verbally assaulted him.
England is in jail for reportedly being one of the shooters behind the Good Friday murders in Tulsa.
England and Alvin Watts are accused of shooting 5 people, killing 3, in North Tulsa back in April.
England adds assault and battery on a detention officer to his 3 counts of first degree murder and 2 counts of shooting with intent to kill.
