Tulsa Man Arrested After Friday Night Shooting

A Tulsa man was arrested Friday night after allegedly shooting a man in the stomach at the 6200 block of East 27th Place North.

According to the police report, the victim was laying in the driveway with a gunshot wound in the stomach when police arrived on scene.

A witness advised police that the suspect, David James Miller, was still on scene in the house, and was soon arrested by police on a complaint of shooting with an intent to kill.

The suspect said that he shot the victim with a .38 revolver during a struggle. He is being held on $75,000 bond.
