Tulsa Man Arrested For Peeping Tom After Mother, Daughter Find Him in Public Toilet

Kenneth Enlow

A Tulsa man is behind bars on a peeping Tom charge after a mother and her young daughter said they found him inside the septic tank of a toilet at a Keystone Lake park restroom.

According to the Tulsa Co. Sheriff's Office, 52-year-old Kenneth Enlow was discovered inside the septic tank at the White Water Park women's restroom around 5 p.m. Sunday. The park is on the southeast side of Keystone Dam.

A woman told authorities that she was taking her 7-year-old daughter to the restroom when she saw a man underneath the toilet looking up at her.

Enlow was found covered in feces inside the septic tank, and had to be hosed off by Keystone Fire and Rescue, which was called in to help him out of the hole.

He told authorities that his girlfriend had hit him in the head with a tire iron and dumped him in the toilet, according to a booking report, and he had not asked for help because he was unconscious.

He was seen by staff at the OSU Medical Center ER, who did not find any fresh injuries that would be "consistent with being struck in the face or head," the arrest report stated.

Enlow was booked on a peeping Tom charge and held on warrants out of Okmulgee County.
