A Tulsa man previously convicted of a felony was taken into custody for reportedly sexually abusing a minor.
Police arrested Hezekiah Stallings on one count of child sexual abuse Friday morning. Prosecutors had previously filed the charge at the Tulsa County courthouse earlier this week.
Court documents indicate that Stallings allegedly committed the crime back in Oct. 2013 with a 17-year-old girl. It took place at an apartment complex in east Tulsa.
No other details were given about the incident.
Stallings had previously been convicted of second degree burglary in 2010. He had stolen a vehicle and was sentenced to four years.
He is being held on $50,000 bond and due back in court at the beginning of March.
