Tulsa Man Shot in Groin During Robbery

      Two people are behind bars following a shooting and robbery in North Tulsa late Thursday night.

      Police were called to a home in the 1600 block of N. Boston on a report of a shooting around 11 p.m. Thursday.

      They found a 52-year-old man shot in the groin who told police the suspects tried to rob him of money, which he didn't have, then shot him. There is no word on his condition at this point.

      According to a booking report, witnesses said three suspects fled the scene in a white Nissan, which was found shortly after.

      Police arrested Tylyshia Mason, 21 and Michael Sheppard, 23, on a charge of robbery with a firearm and for outstanding warrants.

      Mason is being held on a $50,000 bond, while Sheppard has a bond of $100,000.
