Tulsa Police Debut Pink Patrol Car

The next time you see the red and blue flashers on a police car, you may also see a lot of pink.

The Tulsa Police Department has a patrol car wrapped in pink. It's to raise awareness of breast cancer as part of the "Tulsa Cares Enough To Wear Pink" Campaign.

The Fire Department already has a pink fire engine. Organizers say they are talking to EMSA about a pink ambulance and the Sheriff's Department about decorating one of their cruisers too.

Officer Craig Murray is the Police Department's Traffic Safety Coordinator. He will drive the pink patrol car. His mother is a breast cancer survivor.
