Two Tulsans were arrested shortly after midnight Sunday on child endangerment complaints after allegedly smoking marijuana in a car with a two-year-old present.
The arresting Tulsa police officer said he saw the suspects, Jade Garrett and Mondra Wallace, parked at Crawford City Park and when he shined his lights on them, they fumbled around, stuffing something in the center console.
There was a two-year-old child on Garrett's lap. The child had bloodshot, watery eyes, the police report states.
The two suspects reportedly admitted to smoking marijuana and also had bloodshot, watery eyes.
Both are being held on $26,000 bond.
