Union Public Schools Looking To Pass $20.4 Million Bond

Union Public School leaders are looking to pass a $20.4 million school bond.

The bond will be on the ballot February 12th.

The funds would pay for numerous upgrades to several programs, including fine arts, athletics, and improve software and textbooks.

"Union is continuing to grow so additional classrooms and activity areas are critical for students to be successful, safe, and productive," Superintendent Dr. Cathy Burden said. "The February 12 bond issue will add on to the fine arts construction project at the 6/7th Grade Center to build needed classroom and office space."

The last day to register to vote in the February election is January 18th. You can register at any Union school site, the Union Education Service Center, or the Tulsa County Election Board.
