A man is recovering in the hospital after a robber shot him outside an east Tulsa home around 1:45 a.m. Friday, Tulsa police said.
The armed robbery and shooting occurred near 38th and Garnett.
The man was in a car on the way home with three other people. The victims told police felt like they were being followed.
When they arrived home, three men dressed in black approached them with a shotgun and demanded money.
The gunman fired the shotgun and struck one of the people in the shoulder.
Police say the man who was shot is in his 30s and the injuries suffered from the gunshot wound are not believed to be life-threatening.
The suspects fled in a tan or silver SUV.
