Tulsa police confirmed that a person was shot after gunfire broke out this afternoon in a parking lot near 16th and Memorial.
When police arrived on scene, they did not find a victim because the victim had been transported to a Medical Center in the area by a passerby. EMSA then transported the victim to a hospital.
Police said an argument began inside a club at 1617 South Memorial, and after the argument moved outside, the victim was shot.
"Shots were fired and we have one victim, a 21-year-old man," said corporal Ham with the Tulsa Police Department.
The victim is in serious condition at an area hospital but is expected to survive.
