Woman Gets Taxes Done, Then Drives into H&R Block
There were no injuries earlier this afternoon after a woman accidentally drove her vehicle into a Sapulpa H&R Block after getting her taxes done, police said.
Sapulpa Police Department lieutenant Glenn Coffey reported the woman, in her 40s or 50s, was just trying to leave when she put her vehicle into drive instead of reverse.
The vehicle reportedly went all the way into the building, but luckily no passengers of the vehicle or persons inside the store were injured.
The incident, which occurred on the 800 block of E. Taft Ave., resulted in a few broken windows and damaged walls.
H&R customers were reportedly "stunned" by the situation.
