Woman Rescued in Catoosa House Fire

A woman was pulled out of her home by a neighbor after a house fire consumed a home in Catoosa shortly after 4 p.m.

Upon arriving on scene, the Oak Grove Fire Department found the fire had rapidly spread through the house.

The condition of the victim is unknown but she was taken by Life Flight to a local hospital.

The house was classified as a total loss.

Paul Summers, assistant chief of the Oak Grove Fire Department, was unsure if the wind played a role in the rapid spread of the fire.
