Tulsa police say they have arrested a suspect in the murder of a man found dead along a Tulsa highway and another man they were looking for in connection with the investigation has turned himself in.

Homicide Sgt. Dave Walker says 29-year-old Dustin Baker has been arrested on a first-degree murder complaint in the death of 38-year-old Jason Harris. Officers found Harris dead in the passenger seat of a Jeep on the shoulder of northbound Highway 169 near 21st Street Wednesday.

Police were also looking for 25-year-old Dillon Rose, who also goes by Ray Benson. He was considered a person of interest in the investigation. Rose turned himself in around 3 p.m. Thursday.

Walker said Harris was shot. Police have recovered two guns and investigators believe at least one of them was used in the murder.

The investigation is ongoing.
