Arrest made in deadly south Tulsa home invasion

The Tulsa Police Department has made an arrest involving a deadly home invasion.

The TPD's Homicide Detective, Sgt. Dave Walker said Rick Davison, 20, has been arrested for his suspected involvement in the shooting death and home invasion of 80-year-old James Rosenlieb. He was shot and killed at his home near 51st and Sheridan.

On June 11, officers responded to Rosenlieb's home and found him deceased from an apparent gunshot wound and there was a busted window at his home. His wife was also home at the time but she was not harmed.

The suspect, Davison ran from the scene.

He was located and arrested today at the Meadows Apartments near East 31st Street and South Garnett Road.

Police said the investigation is on-going.
