Arrest made in Ted's Hamburgers robbery
Tulsa police have a man in custody for the August 2015 murder of a restaurant owner.
According to police, 31-year-old Alcon Sanders has been in custody since October of 2015 on unrelated charges.
After interviewing Sanders, police gathered enough evidence to arrest him for his involvement in the murder of James Coulson.
Police believe Sanders did not act alone, but right now officials don't have enough information to name any other suspects.
Coulson was the operator of Ted's Hamburgers located at 2906 W. Edison St.
Officials said Coulson was murdered while opening the store up for the day.
Police believe the motive for the murder was robbery.
