Police: Driver clips car, causes 'low-speed rollover' in downtown Tulsa

A driver is OK after what police call a "strange" crash in downtown Tulsa.

It happened around 8 a.m. near 4th and Main. Police say a white car and a black car were going eastbound when the black car clipped the white car, causing a low-speed rollover.

The driver of the white car received some minor scrapes in the crash.

It's not clear if the driver of the other car received a citation.
