Firefighter injured in gas line rupture moved out of ICU
TULSA, Okla. (KTUL) —
Captain Greg Delozier, the firefighter injured in a natural gas incident on June 14, has been moved out of ICU.
Last Thursday, construction crews hit an unmarked gas line at a Tulsa Housing Authority complex near West 57th Street and 33rd West Avenue. An ONG crew worked for several hours to repair the damage before an explosion resulted in a fire, injuring four workers and Tulsa firefighter, Captain Greg Delozier.
Investigations by the parties involved are continuing but no reports have been issued at this time as to the cause of the rupture.
