Man barricades self inside home as officers serve search warrant
TULSA, Okla. (KTUL) -- Police say a man barricaded himself inside his north Tulsa home while officers served a search warrant Wednesday afternoon.
Officers were serving the warrant at a home near East King Street and North Irvington Avenue around 12:30 p.m. when police say the man locked himself in the attic.
After hours of negotiations, police were able to coax the man from the home.
Police arrested Lumas King. They said King lives at the home with a woman who officers also arrested.
King was wanted for assault and battery on an officer and failing to register as a sex offender
