Man, woman arrested after police stop vehicle stolen out of Broken Arrow
TULSA, Okla. (KTUL) —
A man and woman were arrested Monday after police tracked down a stolen vehicle.
Officers stopped a 1989 Chevy pickup around 10 p.m. near Admiral and Sheridan. The passenger in the vehicle, 26-year-old Jake Muniz, took off running from the scene, but police say he was taken into custody at the Super 8 motel nearby.
Police say the driver, 24-year-old Kayla Rickett, was taken into custody without incident.
Muniz was wanted on two felony warrants and four misdemeanor warrants, according to police. Rickett was wanted out of Rogers County.
